Do you offer payment plans?

Absolutely. Most clients do half down, half on delivery. For our bigger campaigns, we can spread it across three payments. Just ask — we're flexible with what works for your budget cycle.

What if I need more images than what's listed?

It happens. We charge $85 per additional 50 edited images. But honestly, most people don't need them all. We're ruthless about only delivering the shots that actually work.

How long until I get my files?

Standard turnaround is 5-7 business days. Campaign Pro clients get them in 3. Need them faster? We can rush edit for an extra 15% — sometimes we do it anyway because we're weirdly driven.

Do you retain usage rights to the photos?

Nope. You own them. We just ask for portfolio permission — basically that you don't mind us showing your beautiful work on our site and Instagram. Fair trade for both of us.
